- Since 1 September, Moranbah police have seized six motorcycles.
- Officers have also seized one electric power assisted cycle (EPAC) and one personal mobility device (PMD).
- Four people have been charged with 12 offences. They include dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlicensed driving and ride prohibited bike.

“With the new requirements in effect, we’re urging all e-mobility riders and their caregivers to familiarise themselves with the operation of e-mobility devices and their responsibilities as road users,” Senior Sergeant Dyer said. “Officers will continue taking enforcement action against riders doing the wrong thing.”
